Chess

Playing chess develops logic, critical thinking, and creativity by creating “if this, then that” scenarios, requiring players to imagine each possibility’s potential moves, alternatives, and outcomes.

The Round Rock ISD enrichment department hosts several US Chess Federation (USCF) rated chess tournaments each year.
